Flour processing

Microbiological testing and lot identification are critical in finished rice flour. Maintaining the integrity of samples collected throughout each day’s production and preparing samples to be sent to laboratories for a complete microbiological analysis is a demanding but necessary job.

In order to prevent unwanted microbiological organisms in the atmosphere from coming in
contact with your rice flour, Gulf Pacific has designed a completely closed flour milling process, making our rice flour, Micro Pure.
